I am an Integrative Counsellor. Essentially this means that I value the uniqueness of each individual and will tailor my response to meet your specific needs.
I employ an array of theoretical approaches and techniques, as I help you to become more integrated as a person. My approach involves helping you to integrate your experiences and all aspects of your personal uniqueness. This includes supporting you to achieve a better connection between your mind and body. As your experiences become more integrated, and parts of you become less fragmented, you are likely to experience a greater internal sense of 'wholeness' and strength.
My Professional Qualifications are as follows:
Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Studies (Metanoia Institute -Feb 2018)
Diploma in Integrative Psychodynamic Counselling (Metanoia Institute -2015)
BA (Hons) Applied Social Studies
Postgraduate Diploma in Social Work
